Dallas Cowboys sign defensive lineman Stephen Bowen to tender

Bowen recorded career-highs last season with 18 tackles, three sacks, a forced fumble, three pass breakups and 35 quarterback pressures.

The Cowboys now have signed five of the 11 restricted free agents that were offered tender deals, four of whom are defensive linemen, including starter Marcus Spears.

Bowen's signing comes on the heels of linemen Jason Hatcher and Junior Siavii signing their tender offers Thursday.

The deadline for restricted free agents to sign offer sheets is April 15.
