Circuit Judge Hugh Carithers told defense attorney Ann Finnell that the addresses would be provided to her office, but she is not to share the information with Tyrone Romaro Hartsfield, 32, who is charged with attempted murder in the Sept. 2 shooting. Collier was shot 14 times. He had to have his left leg amputated and he is paralyzed below the waist.
Assistant State Attorney Bernie de la Rionda has opposed releasing the information without the restrictions.
"It is a safety problem. Two of them provided information to the state of Florida," he said.
The judge also allowed the release of some cell phone numbers that had been blacked out in police reports about the crime. Those numbers were released under the same condition as the addresses.
At the request of Finnell, a bond hearing was set for Dec. 18.
Since his arrest on Oct. 18, Hartsfield has been held without bond.
